Physicians of renown will report on their personal experiences with various vaginal surgical techniques and their reasons for selecting and performing vaginal surgery. This unique—not to be missed—conference will focus on far-reaching practical implications of vaginal surgery for the clinician to augment his/her surgical skills in a changing and demanding marketplace.


Who should attend?

All gynecologist and OB/GYN residents interested in the new techniques in vaginal surgery; e.g. rationale, cost effectiveness, ancillary procedures in conjunction with, attendant to pain management, patient/consumer impact and choices, etc.

Exhibits

The latest advances in vaginal surgery techniques, equipment and supplies will be on display in several exhibits throughout the conference. These will include poster presentations, instructional videotapes, textbooks, displays of equipment and surgical aids and supplies.

CME Accreditation

This conference has been designated as a continuing medical education activity for physicians. The following credits have been applied for: 13 credit hours, Category 1, of the physicians recognition Award for the American Medical Association; 13 Cognates, formal learning, ACOG.

 

Note: The conference will also feature ongoing presentations of major films and videotapes on vaginal hysterectomy techniques. These presentations will feature the conference faculty and other outstanding surgeons. Showings will be repeated throughout the conference in special viewing rooms adjacent to the conference area to enable all attendees to view the films at their convenience.
