The Nineteenth International Pelvic Reconstructive and Vaginal Surgery Conference once again brings together a most distinguished faculty recognized as authorities in pelvic reconstructive surgery. The three day intensive course is designed for the practicing gynecologist and others interested in pelvic reconstructive surgery. This conference is structured to provide ample opportunity for participants to interact on a one-to-one basis with the faculty.

Early registration is advised to ensure enrollment. Attendance is limited. The Registration fee is divided into two courses: The Hands-on-Cadaver Program and the Scientific Program.

The Cadaver Program will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010.

The Scientific Program will be held on Friday, August 20 and Saturday, August 21, 2010.

You may register for the Scientific Program solely, but any physician registering for the Cadaver Program must also register for the Scientific Program.

**All Residents/Fellows are required to include a letter from the chair of their program to obtain the reduced tuition fee.

Sorry, cancellations for the Cadaver Program cannot be refunded. Cancellations for the Scientific Program must be received in writing before July 15, 2010. A 10% administration charge will be deducted.
